August is Christ Church’s responsibility to help serve lunch at St. John’s Lutheran Church each Friday. There are two shifts. The first shift prepares the meal and sets up from 9 AM to 11 AM. The second shift comes in at 11:30 AM to serve and clean up, finishing at 1:30 PM.
Christ Church is responsible for providing dinner to the guests at Interfaith Hospitality Network Saturday, June 15th at 6 pm. If you can help with this ministry please contact Lori at lori.swafford67@nullgmail.comor call (937) 605-762.
If you have an hour to spare please join us for the food pantry delivery at 9 am at Christ Church. We unload food and remove packaging to get ready for Food Pantry on Wednesday, April 8th, at 9 am.
Day of Change – as our clocks “fall back” in the wee hours, that morning, we will collect loose change (bills gladly accepted, too!) to support our Christ Church Food Pantry. Use your change to make a change in the lives of hungry Springfielders. Baskets will be passed at each service for this offering.
