Mozart as Mozart Heard It ~ November 2nd at 3 PM

The inaugural concert of the 2025/2026 Concerts at Christ Episcopal Church series will take place on November 2 at 3 PM. This event will showcase keyboard works spanning three centuries. Music Director Christopher Durrenberger will begin the program with Mozart’s Sonata in B-flat Major, K. 570, performed on a John Lyon fortepiano, which is a modern replica of the instrument owned by Mozart. He will also perform Chopin’s renowned Polonaise in A-flat Major, Op. 53, Copland’s Four Piano Blues, and Gershwin’s Preludes for Piano.
