The pastoral care team provides meals for parishioners who have been ill or had surgery. Soup and bread are also delivered to parishioners who need a little TLC. The team also visits people about to have surgery and offers prayers for them. If you like to cook or are interested in helping to meet the needs of members of our congregation when they are most vulnerable, please consider this ministry.
Coffee Hour is an important part of Christ Church’s hospitality ministry. We serve coffee and tea in the Guild Room after the 10 am service. Coffee hour offers you the opportunity to meet new parishioners or catch up with your church friends!
Shawls are available at the East Entrance each Sunday and can be given to anyone in need of comfort in difficult times, such as surgery, bereavement, illness, etc. New members are welcome. If you would like to be a part of this ministry to knit/crochet shawls, please contact Joan Hurley at jahurley500@nullgmail.com.
All are welcome to join the Game Night! They will meet at different locations on the third Thursday of the month to play a variety of board and card games..
